This quote above justifies the reason why women love makeup, beauty, fashion, skin care... looking nice.. etc! The women species want to always feel beautiful and we always want others to think of us as beautiful. However, we have to remember beauty comes from the inside. It starts with attitude, actions, and behavior. It's about how you act when no one is around. It's about how you act when you are with your friends or even in a professional development. Ladies should always try to stay classy and carry themselves with honor, respect, and dignity. So.. I love this quote, because it will remind me that.. not matter what type of foundation I wear, or how my hair looks. I am a beautiful person because I am kind to others, caring, friendly, ambitious, bubbly, and fun.

Nail of the Day - Essie - Mint Candy Apple and Beyond Cozy

Today's Nail of the Day is Mint Candy Apple and Beyond Cozy by Essie! Lately, I've been loving going to the nail salon to get my nails done because it seems like it last longer. I love going after work, as a form of relaxation. :) Mint Candy Apple and Beyond Cozy go great together.. I love the glitter in Beyond Cozy and Mint Candy Apple gives my hands a nice cool look, which attracts a lot of attention.

Natural light, 2 coats

I love these shades together! You can find these shades by Essie at Target, drugstores, Ulta, or online!

Essie describes Mint Candy Apple as the perfect mint shade that can be worn all year around. I think this shade is very versatile and adds a lot of light to the hand. Essie describes Beyond Cozy as silvery gold glitter. I love this shade of glitter! It has good lasting power. Both of these shades apply easily.. Mint Candy Apple is a little streaky with just one coat.. so I recommend applying two. Beyond Cozy also looks better with two coats, because of the glitter. The more the merrier. lol.

Beauty: MAC Cosmetics - Pearl Glide Intense Eye Liner - Designer Purple (Review/Swatches)

Today I have a review on the Pearl Glide Intense Eyeliner in Designer Purple! Designer Purple is the purple eyeliner that I wore on my waterline to PROM! It so beautiful and the lasting power is amazing. Designer Purple provides rich and opaque color with a little bit of sparkles in just one swatch! I LOVE this shade. It makes any eye look POP! (I will be including this eyeliner in some makeup looks in the future)

Beauty Haul - Benefit - Real Birthday Turn - Ons!

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! Happy Sunday Funday!!! My 18th BIRTHDAY is tomorrow and I'm so excited. I don't know if I'm more excited that I got my hands on some mini Benefit products or the fact that I will be 18 in 24 hours.. lol. But whatever the case may be, I'm so excited to share the four products that I have today..

From Sephora, the birthday gift for June is the "Real Birthday Turn - Ons" mini duo. It includes the They're Real mascara and the Watt's Up stick highlighter. :) I've been itching to try these products for foreves, especially the mascara. I'm excited that I received them for the birthday gift. This way I can try them.. and maybe purchase the full size. If your birthday is this Month it is a great oppurtunity because makeup can get expensive (especially Benefit) so it amazeballs! LOL! ;)
